8 CL Havana club especial
3 CL Marie brizard canesugar syrup
4 CL Lime Juice
5 GRAM Mint
4 CL Moët and chandon imperial brut champagne
35 GRAM Ice cubes

Instructions

Pour rum, syrup, lime juice and mint into a shaker with ice and shake well
Strain the mixture over a low drinking glass and top with champagne
