Bellini

Bellini is the perfect peach aperitif. The drink is very suitable as a welcome drink. The Bellini was invented between 1934 and 1948 by Giuseppe Cipriani, the founder of Harry’s Bar in Venice.

Ingredients

  • 3 CL Marie Brizard Peach Syrup
  • 10 CL Prosecco
  • 1 Slice Fresh peach

Instructions

  • Mix the peach syrup and prosecco together and pour it into a champagne glass.
  • Serve with a slice of peach on the edge.
