Ingredients

  • 5 CL. Jim beam bourbon
  • 3 CL. Lemon juice
  • 1 CL. Pasteurized egg whites
  • 1 CL. Marie Brizard Cane Sugar Syrup
  • 1 swirl Orange
  • 115 GRAM Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Pour all ingredients into the shaker except ice.
  • Pour all ingredients into the shaker and shake thoroughly.
  • Strain into a low glass with ice cubes and serve with a swirl of orange peel.
