Limoncello Mule

Limoncello Mule is for those who want a slightly lighter and lighter taste in their mule but at the same time still love the original spicy and sour taste. Limoncello is an Italian-inspired Moscow Mule. When combined with vodka and ginger beer, it is more light and refreshing than the classic Moscow Mule.

Ingredients

2 CL Absolut Vodka
2 CL Casal d'emilia limoncello
10 CL Old jamaica ginger beer
2 CL Lime Juice
1 Slice Lime
100 GRAM Ice cubes

Instructions

Pour Absolut Vodka, Limoncello and Lime Juice into a shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly.
Strain over a low glass of ice cubes and top with Ginger Beer.
Finish by adding a slice of lime and serve.
