Rum Collins

Rum Collins is a cocktail based on Tom Collins' cocktail where you replace Gin with a light rum. This makes the cocktail a little sweeter than the original. Rum Collins was served for James Bond in the 1965 film Thunderball.

Ingredients

3 cl. Havana Club 3 years
3 cl. Marie Brizard canesugar syrup
1.5 cl. Lemon juice
14 cl. Water
1 slice Lemon
65 gram Ice cubes

Instructions

Pour Havana Club 3 years, Marie Brizard Cane Sugar Syrup and Lemon Juice into a shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly.
Strain the drink into a tall glass with ice cubes.
Top with water, garnish with a slice of lemon, and serve.
