Vodka Ginger

Vodka Ginger is a super refreshing, sour, spicy cocktail. The drink can be enjoyed for all occasions and is not cumbersome to construct. Vodka Ginger is very similar to the classic “Moscow Mule,” but the big difference is that we add Ginger Ale instead of Ginger Beer in this cocktail. This makes the drink less spicy, and Ginger Ale is not as carbonated as Ginger Beer, which also gives a lighter taste experience than “Moscow Mule.”

Ingredients

4 cl. Absolut Vodka
2 cl. Lime Juice
14 cl. Fever tree ginger ale
1 slice Lime
1 gram. Mint
75 gram. Ice cubes

Instructions

Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
Add Absolute Vodka and Lime Juice.
Top with Ginger Ale.
Garnish with a boat of lime and a few fresh mint leaves and serve.
