Between the Sheets

A classy cocktail with a modern approach to cooking and presentation. Between the Sheets is reminiscent of the cocktail “Sidecar”; however, you use less cognac and add more rum.

Ingredients

3 cl. Havana Club 3 years
3 cl. Courvoisier vs cognac
3 cl. Cointreau
2 cl. Lemon juice
25 gram. Ice cubes

Instructions

Cool a martini glass.
Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
Pour all the ingredients into the shaker and shake.
Strain over the cooled martini glass and serve.
