Green Park

Green Park is a lime green cocktail with a frothy top, a refreshing taste of lemon, and a botanical gin with basil. This is a cocktail that is green as grass and perfect for the lovely summer/spring days. The drink contains eggs, which give it a frothy top.

Ingredients

4.5 CL. Beefeater Gin
3 CL. Lemon juice
1.5 CL. Marie Brizard Cane sugar syrup
1.5 CL. Pasteurized egg whites
8 GRAM Basil
50 GRAM Ice cubes

Instructions

Gently mash 6 basil leaves in the bottom of a shaker with a mortar.
Add Gin, Lemon Juice, Cane Sugar Syrup and Egg White.
Add ice cubes and shake thoroughly.
Strain over a martini glass, garnish with 1-2 basil leaves and serve.
