Green Park
Green Park is a lime green cocktail with a frothy top, a refreshing taste of lemon, and a botanical gin with basil. This is a cocktail that is green as grass and perfect for the lovely summer/spring days. The drink contains eggs, which give it a frothy top.
Instructions
- Gently mash 6 basil leaves in the bottom of a shaker with a mortar.
- Add Gin, Lemon Juice, Cane Sugar Syrup and Egg White.
- Add ice cubes and shake thoroughly.
- Strain over a martini glass, garnish with 1-2 basil leaves and serve.
