General terms
All our prices shown on the website are clearly stated in either ink. VAT or ex. VAT, depending on whether you trade as a private company or business. Prices are daily prices and can be adjusted.
The price at the time of ordering is the applicable price for the purchase.
TenderCrate ApS reserves the right to make printing errors, price errors, VAT and tax changes as well as sold-out goods, overbooked production and delivery failures from our suppliers.
Some of our goods are pledged. This is clearly stated in the price of the item when ordering.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an online confirmation.
Should you not receive this confirmation within 1 hour, you should contact us. You will also receive a new email the same day your order is shipped. When you trade with TenderCrate ApS, agreements are made in Danish. If you would like to receive a new copy of your order confirmation, please send us an email at info@tendercrate.com.
We offer several possible payment methods.
The most secure and form of payment we recommend to all customers is to pay with a payment card.
We accept the following card types:

Online payment by card
When paying with an electronic payment card, the amount is deducted upon order confirmation. Payment is made via a secure and encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection, which means that outsiders cannot read your card information.
When you shop with a debit card, we reserve the right to verify that the personal information provided is accurate.
We can write down the amount paid at any time – if, e.g., the date is overbooked or not wanted anyway. However, for security reasons, we can NEVER increase the approved amount.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped, or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

We provide agreed service, cf. information on date and location that appears on your order confirmation.
Our transport prices can vary depending on the size of the order and types of goods. Transport and shipping prices are clearly stated on your order.
The right of complaint does not cover damage to equipment or goods due to incorrect handling by the customer. Complaints regarding the unsatisfactory situation must be reported to TenderCrate.com within a reasonable time after delivery. Here, two years is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. If the complaint is justified, we will, of course, refund (fair) compensation.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
When you shop at TenderCrate.com, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, where you can let us know that you regret the order, and we will then refund your payment. An e-mail must be sent to info@tendercrate.com, stating bank, registration, and account information in case of cancellation.
The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the order confirmation. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the next working day.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by a clear statement by email, notify us within 14 days of receipt of the order confirmation.
If your order is made less than two working days before the delivery date, the right of withdrawal lapses. If the order is canceled more than two working days before the delivery date, the full amount will be refunded..
You bear the risk of goods and equipment from its delivery and storage; you take the risk of any compensation in the event of theft and damage caused by the buyer or buyer’s guests. You can not regret by merely refusing to accept the booking, without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.
Privacy Policy
We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others. These are only registered in our customer directory. You can have your data deleted at any time if desired. For you to enter into an agreement with us at TenderCrate ApS, we need the following information: Name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address.
We register your personal information to be able to deliver the item correctly to you. The personal data is registered with TenderCrate ApS and is stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted. When personal information is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your express consent to inform precisely what information is collected and why.
The director and the employees of TenderCrate ApS have access to the information that is registered about you. We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted.
As registered with TenderCrate ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have these rights, and inquiries in connection with this are directed to TenderCrate ApS via e-mail info@tendercrate.com.
