Between the Sheets
A classy cocktail with a modern approach to cooking and presentation. Between the Sheets is reminiscent of the cocktail “Sidecar”; however, you use less cognac and add more rum.
Instructions
- Cool a martini glass.
- Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
- Pour all the ingredients into the shaker and shake.
- Strain over the cooled martini glass and serve.
